AI Product Designer — Perpetuals

Owns the end-to-end experience of the Perpetuals perpetual-futures app: how a trader reads the book, sizes a position and manages risk. Designs the user flows, information hierarchy, mobile layouts and empty and error states, and shapes how both a human and an AI agent operate the same product.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design trader flows for opening, adjusting and closing perpetual positions with clear risk and funding cues
• Set the information hierarchy so price, position, margin and PnL read at a glance under fast-moving data
• Deliver responsive mobile layouts and well-considered empty, loading, error and disconnect states
• Design parallel interfaces so a human and an AI agent can both drive the app coherently
• Prototype and validate designs against real trader tasks, then iterate from observed behavior

What you bring

• Product design experience for data-dense, real-time or trading interfaces
• Strong grasp of information hierarchy, interaction design and mobile-first layout
• Can design for AI-agent use alongside human use of the same surface
• Comfortable specifying empty, error and edge states as first-class work
• Fluent working from live user behavior rather than assumptions
