AI Product Engineer — BTC 5-Minute Pool

You build BTC 5-Minute Pool end to end: a Python/FastAPI backend that runs 5-minute Bitcoin prediction rounds and settles the pool in real time, and a vanilla JS frontend that streams live prices, countdowns and results over WebSocket. You also expose the app to AI agents via API and MCP so they can read round state and submit predictions.

What you'll do

• Build backend round logic that opens pools every 5 minutes, accepts predictions, resolves the closest one and settles in real time
• Implement the vanilla JS frontend with live WebSocket updates for BTC price, countdown, pool total and results
• Expose clean API and MCP surfaces so AI agents can fetch round state and submit predictions programmatically
• Ensure real-time settlement is correct, resilient to reconnects, and consistent between backend truth and what users see

What you bring

• Strong Python/FastAPI backend skills and comfort with real-time WebSocket data flows
• Proficiency with vanilla JavaScript for building live, data-driven frontends without heavy frameworks
• Experience wiring apps into AI agents through APIs and MCP-style interfaces
• Care for correctness and timing in money-adjacent, real-time settlement logic
