QA Engineer / Tester — Composer

You test Composer end to end on the live EventTrader site exactly as a brand-new user would, running the questionnaire and checking that each draft basket is genuinely suitability-checked. You reconcile every number the theme portfolio shows against an independent source of truth, and turn each defect into a reproducible report plus a regression test.

What you'll do

• Walk the full flow as a first-time user: answer the risk questions, generate a draft basket, and review the suitability check
• Reconcile every allocation, weight and figure Composer displays against an outside source of truth
• Confirm suitability results correctly reflect the answers given, including edge and contradictory inputs
• File each defect as a step-by-step reproducible report with exact inputs and observed versus expected output
• Convert every confirmed defect into an automated regression test that guards against recurrence

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live web apps end to end from a real user's point of view
• Rigor in reconciling displayed numbers against independent references and spotting discrepancies
• Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports and matching automated regression tests
• Understanding of risk profiling and portfolio suitability concepts sufficient to judge correctness
