You own the roadmap for the AI CEO Index: the user problem it solves — helping people see which public-company CEOs and AI founders actually execute in an AI-native way — and what ships next to serve that better. You decide priorities across the rubric, ranking and export, and you measure success by how people really use the index.

💰 Salary: $140,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Define the user problem the index solves and keep the rubric aligned to it
• Prioritize the roadmap across the leaderboard, scoring rubric and export
• Decide what ships next and write clear requirements engineering and design can build from
• Define success metrics grounded in real usage and track them
• Gather feedback from users and communities and fold it back into priorities

What you bring

• Product management experience owning a roadmap for a live, data-driven product
• Ability to frame a sharp user problem and tie features back to it
• Skill defining and interpreting real-usage success metrics
• Clear requirement-writing and prioritization under limited capacity
• Judgment about scoring rubrics and ranked-data products
