AI Product Engineer — Event Card Builder

You build the Event Card Builder end to end: the asset picker, the weighting logic, card creation, and the leaderboard, across a Python and FastAPI backend and a vanilla JavaScript frontend with real-time WebSocket data. You also expose the build-and-launch flow to AI agents through API and MCP so a card can be built programmatically.

💰 Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Build features across the FastAPI backend and vanilla JavaScript frontend for asset selection, weighting and card launch
• Implement real-time leaderboard and card-value updates over WebSocket
• Wire the build-and-launch flow into AI agents via clean API and MCP surfaces
• Enforce correct weighting math and validation so a launched card matches what the user configured
• Ship, verify and maintain features end to end on the live app

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI backend skills plus vanilla JavaScript frontend experience
• Experience with real-time WebSocket data in a live application
• Ability to design and expose APIs and MCP interfaces for AI agents
