What you'll do

• Define the core user problem: turning reported M&A deals into filing-sourced position insight
• Prioritize what ships next across report coverage, sourcing, and reader experience
• Set success metrics grounded in real reader and AI-agent usage
• Align design, engineering, and QA around a shared report quality bar
• Decide what a trustworthy, SEC-sourced report must include before it publishes

What you bring

• Product management experience with data or financial analysis products
• Ability to translate user problems into a prioritized, measurable roadmap
• Comfort defining metrics from real usage rather than vanity numbers
• Understanding of both human readers and AI-agent consumers as users
