QA Engineer / Tester — AI CEO Index

You test the AI CEO Index end to end on the live site exactly as a first-time visitor would, walking the full path from landing on the leaderboard to reading a CEO's AI-native score and exporting the ranking. You reconcile every ranking, score and rubric value the app shows against independent public sources, and you turn each mismatch or broken flow into a reproducible report backed by a regression test.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Exercise the live leaderboard as a new user: load, sort, filter, open individual CEO entries, and run the export
• Reconcile each rank, rubric score and CEO/founder detail against outside sources of truth and log every discrepancy
• Write reproducible defect reports with exact steps, expected versus actual, and screenshots
• Convert each confirmed defect into an automated regression test that guards the ranking and export
• Verify empty, loading, error and mobile states render correctly and never show stale or placeholder numbers

What you bring

• Hands-on end-to-end testing of live web apps as a real user, not just unit-level checks
• Rigor in reconciling displayed numbers against external references and documenting mismatches
• Ability to author reproducible bug reports and automated regression tests
• Comfort validating data tables, sorting/filtering, and file exports for accuracy
• Attention to responsive layouts and error/empty-state behavior across devices
