Profile
Score-driven portfolio: the AI system reads every scored company’s own filings and scores how far it has adapted to AI (the AI Adaptation Score: adoption level, credibility of the claims, trajectory and investment, judged against the company’s own sector). This book holds the ten lowest-scoring names that pass the liquidity screen (price and traded-dollar floors, volatility cap, no announced takeover targets), equal-weighted, and is recomposed with each scoring run. The AI event monitor keeps classifying black and white swan events alongside it. Every rebalance keeps the index level continuous; live trading stays behind Human-In-The-Loop approval.
Constituent research
One sourced AI Adaptation Research Report per constituent: why the company’s own SEC filings place it in the BlackSwan short book (failing to adapt to AI) — the filing quoted verbatim, the adoption level, the score against its sector, the trajectory, recent developments and what would change the verdict. Every factual sentence names its source. Scoring run 2026-11-05. Composition algorithm: Swan Composite v1.1.0 — the AI Adaptation Score blended with the AI Story Score (narrative sentiment and belief network) and the market verdict (the Failure-To-Adapt capture signal against the universe), conviction-weighted.

How to read the columns: AAS is the AI Adaptation Score (0–100) from the company's own SEC filings; Story is the AI Story Score (0–100, 50 = no AI story; below 50 = casualty narrative, above = beneficiary); Market is the market verdict — the Failure-To-Adapt capture signal: how the asset moved on days the universe median fell versus days it rose over 90 days (50 = moves with it, below = falls more and rises less); Composite blends them (50% AI Adaptation Score + 25% AI Story Score + 25% market verdict) and sets the Rank — the lowest composites make the book; Weight is the conviction weight (rank tilt × agreement of the inputs with the book's direction, clamped 5–20%). A mandate leg is held by operator instruction outside the ranking and is not scored. Each report explains the constituent's own evidence.
