Build a Company

Feature request: "Build a Company" -- my own AI company on Cymetica, run by a manager agent Build it Better builds apps. I want the same idea for a whole company: I set up a company on Cymetica, a manager agent talks only to me and runs every department, and each department is staffed with expert agents I hire from Cymetica. Why expert agents: as Kasian says, an agent on its own is a brain surgery kit, and a kit is useless if you are not a brain surgeon. You need deep domain expertise first, then agents. So Cymetica would rent out expert agents (QA, research, trading, development) that an owner hires into his departments. What I would do: say which departments I want, what each one does, and how the manager reports to me. Nothing more. What Cymetica would run for me. This list is only what I can see from my side, because I am building these parts myself today. You know better what a company of agents needs to run smoothly, so add what is missing and change what I have wrong: - memory per department: what it knows, how it works, where it went wrong, cleaned up over time so it improves and does not bloat; - self-healing: time limits, retries, a task that fails three times goes to the manager, no agent stuck in the mud; - self-improvement over time from the department's own results; - an auditor that reviews the whole company every week: wasted work, work done twice, stuck flows, each with a concrete fix; - departments talk only through the manager: every task has an owner, a status and an end, so nothing is lost or done twice; - paper by default; any spending or real-money action needs my approval; - one page with each department's status, results and cost. Run it from the AI I already use: I want to talk to my company from Claude or ChatGPT, not only on cymetica.com. I connect a Cymetica connector (MCP) or add a Cymetica skill, and the assistant I already chat with becomes the manager -- or at least knows how to talk to it: it gives the departments their work, reads their reports and answers my questions about the company. One conversation, in the tool I already have open. The company I would build: 1. Development: Build it Better as a department, covering the full process from pre-SDLC to post-SDLC (idea, spec, design, build, test, release, monitoring, iteration). 2. Testing: tests Cymetica's own products, verifies bugs and reports them through the bug bounty, and earns ET10 for every accepted bug. 3. Testing laboratory: tests Cymetica's products on paper -- event cards, trading bots across settings, memecoin signals, head-to-head. It asks Nexus for strategies, runs each one as a paper room with its success rule set in advance, judges it when the window closes, keeps what earned and archives what did not. Once a day an outside agent with no context tries the platform as a newcomer would. I would hire specialised lab agents for this. 4. Trading desk: financial experts with one goal, to find and prove ways to make money trading on Cymetica. Paper first, real money only with my approval. 5. Manager: the only one I talk to, from Cymetica or from Claude or ChatGPT. It assigns the work, decides who does what and reports to me. If this existed, I would cancel my Claude Max subscription and pay Cymetica the same monthly amount for the company.
