Description
From ET-25011 (expire76): Solana conviction is pool-level buy pressure (wash-tradeable for the price of gas). Add a per-wallet track record on Solana so the credibility machinery that runs on Robinhood Chain applies where the volume is. Needs a keyless per-wallet trade source.
