Description
The Balance screen's ETH figure can exclude fee entries that pass through clearing (observed: display off by exactly the net reward-delivery gas fee). Align every client-facing balance figure with the fee-inclusive ledger net so a client-facing number never carries a residual imbalance. Reported by pulpeti (ET-16963).
