Description
From ET-06047 (@expire76): event-card baskets only surface Tuatara crypto connections (basket build uses search_crypto_with_seeds in user_submission_service.py:406, sync_service.py:97, tradability_filter.py:229). Tuatara already supports stocks (search_stocks_with_seeds, search_both) so the capability exists. Enhancement: build event-card baskets from search_both (crypto + equities) so a macro/stock headline maps to affected stocks too. Requires: equity pricing in the index, tradability gating for stocks, and tokenization path for stock baskets.
