Build a Company (live at /company/app), round 4: units instead of dollars, a Supervisor that improves the engine, play and pause per department, how the company runs, a revenue-share sketch, the Universe's new look, Promo Market's airship, Airdrop Farmer, Products panels and logos, ten new stations, fixes. Brief: https://github.com/zakutana/qa-cymetica/blob/a19d80ba3545a093f7cb434f46aea23776343004/outbox/company-spec-4/SPEC.md . Clickable mockup: https://rawcdn.githack.com/zakutana/qa-cymetica/a19d80ba3545a093f7cb434f46aea23776343004/outbox/company-live/index.html (Universe: board, leaderboard, Airdrop Farmer; ?board=empty: the launch).
The look of the mockup is binding, the logic is yours; where your backend cannot do what is drawn, change the design as little as it takes and name each change in the BB-SPEC. Where the mockup still shows dollars, A1 wins: units.
Units, not dollars: per department cost_usd_7d equals units_7d and the plan's windows limit the work, so "$2.13 today" says the owner pays when he does not; show units wherever spend is shown (department rows, the Spend card, the cap) with the window beside them ("0.6 of 5 in the 5-hour window"); USDC only for extra usage (A1).
Units per task, on the Tasks tab, in a department's room and in the task's detail, sortable; served already in tasks[].units and turn_strip[]; a task with no units yet says "not measured", not zero (A2).
The Products tab lists only what the owner created: a page that existed before his first request and that he only improved (My Agents, Events) is not his; no card for a request with no page (Usage, Creator rewards, Airdrop Farmer while building) (A3).
The Supervisor in two layers (C). Engine layer, in the background: as your Telegram bot improved from its chats, it follows every company's NEXUS chats, tasks, outcomes and what owners approved, rejected and complained about, and keeps improving the engine; owners never see it and it files nothing under their names. Company layer, in the Audit tab: a review of that company's processes, charters and setup that applies safe changes itself (each listed, undone in one click) and leaves what spends units or money, or changes departments, to the owner as an approval; each finding links its message or task.
How the company runs (E). On Max 5x the 5-hour window ran out after 11 turns in 23 minutes (8 were Manager chat answers) and blocked the company three hours: make a window last a working session, a chat turn cost a fraction of a department turn, and queued work not wait for the next pass. That pulls against the countdown we drew, which counts passes and turns, so how it runs is yours to decide. With passes and turns: one place at the foot of the office, in the bar of the plan's windows: a cyan ring that empties, "next pass 0:12", "2/40 turns", "running now", "paused" or "waiting for the window · 14:05". Without them: the same place with only "running now", "waiting for the window" and "paused".
Play and pause per department: a round switch in its colour on its row (Command has none); its tasks wait, a running turn finishes, the others go on; the row says "Paused by you" or "Paused: the company is paused". A paused room goes dark in the office once its last turn ends (lights out, "Paused" on its wall); the whole company paused darkens every department, Command stays lit (F).
The revenue share (H) is a sketch only: how it works is yours to decide (shares, paid places, floor, payout, what counts as revenue brought); we draw the look: every company ranked by the revenue it brought Cymetica in 30 days, the top 3 sharing up to 5% of Cymetica's revenue (5% / 3% / 1%, a $10,000 floor, monthly USDC are placeholders). Our one suggestion: never count the owner's own or linked accounts, never pay a company more than it brought. Look: a frosted-glass board turned away on its left edge over the Universe's top-left, open slots showing what they pay and what it takes ("All 3 slots are open. Be the first."), the full leaderboard in the same glass with "Who gets a slot" and a line at the floor, a cyan dollar pulse from the sun to the three.
A station on the map looks washed in its colour while the Settings preview shows it right (FDS: steel and green lights in Settings, pale mint on the map); our mockup does the same and we ruled out lights, tone mapping, grade, halo, sky, bloom and angle; please find why. A paused company's station is drawn dark: plain steel, windows out, ring and halo off, until it runs again (I).
The owner writes the line his product shows in the Universe: "In the Universe" with Edit in each product's panel on Products (70 characters); only that line shows in the map tooltip and the product's panel, none until he writes one; Cymetica's own buildings keep theirs (J).
Airdrop Farmer on our third slot, Orbit 5 · slot 5: its logo as a robot's head of green woven willow under a straw hat, hemp rope round the face, amber lights in wooden collars, warm white eyes that blink, walnut pegs, a lime-and-gold sprout; no metal, never a face in a skin tone; its panel shows the live page's farms, 1 USDC deposit, 10% of realized profit and Visit (K).
The MADE BY plate in a product's panel as drawn, in the company's colour: the pill, riveted dark glass, a small arrow under it, a line out of either side; Cymetica's own buildings say MADE BY · CYMETICA in its cyan, not a link (L).
Ten new station skins in Settings and at creation, beside the seven: Armillary Core, Helix Spire, Solar Sail, Deep Array, Glass Arcology, Pylon Crown, Rift Hold, Tesseract Frame, Nautilus Shell, Halo Vortex, each built in 3D like your seven (the company's colour only in the lights); all seventeen drawn in our mockup. Sheet: https://rawcdn.githack.com/zakutana/qa-cymetica/a19d80ba3545a093f7cb434f46aea23776343004/outbox/company-skins/index.html . Settings: one wide preview of the current station with its colour dots, under it one row of line icons that never take the colour; "Create your company" offers all seventeen (M).
Products (N): one word for traffic, People (/traffic/mine's unique_visitors), AI agents apart. On top: products, people (30 d), new users "+1,000 ET10 each", revenue brought (30 d). A tile per product: logo, name, Universe line, people and revenue brought, a 30-day line, most revenue first. A click slides its panel out on the right (Esc closes): the two numbers, people per day as bars, where visits came from (Cymetica vs outside), its logo and line, Open. The owner uploads a logo per product (initials until then). Needed: revenue and people per day per product, which product brought each new user, a logo upload.
Speed (O): this builds on your company-perf package (filed first): every new 3D thing reads CO.Q3; below high nothing is built ahead, no backdrop-filter over moving 3D, fewer shadows and passes; merged draws, one material per look. Measured: seventeen stations are fine on a slow processor if the start picture keeps its six sample companies (Create your company still offers all seventeen) and each station is built once, not on every click (M).
The Universe's new look (P): orbits are lanes of light-dust, not rings (no line on the map, three of seven orbits are streams of drifting dust, the others a faint drift); a plate only for Cymetica, ours, the products, our land and the revenue share's top 10; the entry page has the same lanes and sky.
Promo Market's building as our mockup draws it (Q): add the PROMO airship the live build lacks, a white airship circling the ad cards with a hologram banner (PROMO MARKET, EARN USDC · GET USERS) in magenta and amber as drawn (a game scene, outside the site's palette, owner 2026-10-18). Its page has its own brief.
Left to you: the revenue share's terms, how the company runs, how revenue is attributed to a product, what the Supervisor's engine layer may read, every number's source, any design change your backend forces (named). Not the look.
