Ledger = what the Balances page holds for that currency. Running Total = the sum of your confirmed transactions (the last "Running Total" on your transactions page). On-Chain = the native ETH in your Ethereum deposit wallet, read directly from the chain with nothing netted off (other wallets of yours are listed under the row but not included). A break is a difference of at least one unit in the last displayed decimal place (6dp for USD-stables, 8dp otherwise) and keeps its first-seen time until it clears. When Ledger and On-Chain disagree, the row lists the items behind the difference; pairs of items that cancel each other out are folded away.
